Mushroom steak

21-05-14. I'm backkk , today i gonna introduce you Grilled Mixed Mushroom Steak. This steak taste very very spicy because of the sauce, the sauce that i use here is black pepper sauce. When you grilled the mushroom it take about 5 min, if you grilled it over then your steak will turn to maroon. New post coming soon.

Oyster Sauce

10-05-15, i'm so happy today because i have learned plating and garnish. And i gonna introduce you oyster sauce, oyster sauce is quite briny, i it tasted good when you mixed with soybean cake. This is grill soybean cake's skin with oyster sauce.

Dessert

03-05-14, today i'm gonna show you dessert , these kind of dessert pretty expensive, but tasted good. 1st picture that was cheese cake, a mini cheese cake with little honey, 3rd was a jelly and passion fruit with some lime, and the last one was molten chocolate , inside the chocolate was ice cream. This restaurant located in taipei taiwan.
